WASTEWATER PRE-TREATMENT PLANT IN SOSNOWIEC
On November 6, 2019, T4B, in collaboration with T4B Ekotechnologie, signed a contract with MPGO Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Sosnowiec. The project involves the design and construction of a pre-treatment facility for wastewater generated from comprehensive waste management, including biological waste processing and municipal landfill operations. This will be the fourth pre-treatment facility in Poland based on MBR technology, and the largest to date. For T4B Ekotechnologie, it will be the third such facility built in recent years in cooperation with WEHRLE, a global leader in this field. The pre-treatment plant will have a capacity of 240 m³/day and will be fully constructed in a lightweight building structure, consisting of enclosed bioreactors (for denitrification and nitrification), a separate system for ultrafiltration and nanofiltration/reverse osmosis, along with an automated rinsing and cleaning system. The design solutions will ensure the reduction of bioaerosol and odor emissions through the application of appropriate technologies. The technology will be adapted to variable weather conditions and will provide an economical solution for long-term operation.
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IN DŁUGA KOŚCIELNA
T4B, in consortium with T4B Ekotechnologie, signed a contract with the Halinów Municipality, located at Spółdzielcza 1, 05-074 Halinów. The project involves the expansion of the treatment plant using biological wastewater treatment technology, based on a continuous flow system with nitrification-denitrification activated sludge and chemical phosphorus removal. The treatment plant is designed to ultimately serve a population equivalent of 27,625.
