Project: Modernization of the existing access control system and ensuring a proper level of security through the adoption and implementation of a unified standard of proximity cards across all facilities.

Scope of work:
• Implementation of a new access control system functioning as a local system with interconnected databases,
• Ensuring the use of the same proximity technology, enabling redundant operations from different locations,
• Full synchronization with proximity cards using Legic Advant technology and integration with the autonomous locking system (Salto) in use at the bank’s branches.
Additional information:
The access control system modernization, based on the project documentation, enabled:
• Expansion of the system to include additional access-controlled passages,
• System adaptation for management, monitoring, and granting of permissions from multiple locations,
• Time tracking registration,
• Ensuring the security of personal data processed by the system.
The contract involved the modernization of the existing access control system for one of the Polish banks, ensuring a unified standard of proximity cards across all facilities. The new system operates locally with interconnected databases and uses the same proximity technology, ensuring redundancy across multiple locations. It provides full synchronization with proximity cards using Legic Advant technology and integrates with the Salto autonomous locking system already in use.
The modernization, in line with the project documentation, allowed for the following improvements:
- Expansion to additional access-controlled points,
- Centralized management of permissions across multiple sites,
- Time tracking and improved data security.
T4B was required to personally handle the placement and installation of the system.
Locations of Construction Works: Białystok, Gdańsk, Katowice, Kielce, Lublin, Łódź, Olsztyn, Opole, Poznań, Rzeszów, Szczecin, Wrocław, Zielona Góra, and Warsaw.
