A new headquarters for the Customs Branch has been established in Tomaszów Lubelski. The investment, located on a plot of land on Łaszczowiecka Street, includes office and inspection-warehouse facilities. The project also involved the expansion of parking spaces for trucks. According to the plan, construction work was completed in May 2012. The funds for the expansion of the Branch came from the “Modernization of the Customs Service for 2009-2011” program.
As part of this investment, MIRBUD SA, the General Contractor, commissioned T4B Sp. z o.o. to perform all electrical and telecommunication installations.
The investment site includes three structural buildings:
- Main building
- Gatehouse building
- Technical shed
The scope of work included:
- On-site networks, generator, UPS;
- Electrical installations – office-warehouse building;
- Electrical installations – gatehouse building;
- Fire alarm system;
- Structured network, telephone exchange;
- HVAC automation (ventilation, air conditioning) – office-warehouse building;
- Access control system (KD) – office-warehouse building;
- Digital video surveillance (CCTV) – office-warehouse building;
- Intrusion and hold-up alarm system (SSWiN) – office-warehouse building;
- Intrusion and hold-up alarm system (SSWiN) – gatehouse building;
- Public address system – office-warehouse building;
- Public address system – gatehouse building;
- Building Management System (BMS) – office-warehouse building;
- Vehicle control and management system.
