A consortium of T4B (Leader) and Damovo Poland, commissioned by the State Treasury – Ministry of Finance, procured telecommunications system components for the project “Development of the Integrated Communication System for Customs Administration.”
As part of the contract, the consortium completed:
- Preparation and delivery of project documentation
- Delivery, installation, and implementation of custom-made user applications developed by the contractor for this project
- Expansion, installation, and configuration of hardware and software elements for the existing communication system, including: a) Delivery of mobile communication devices for mobile groups b) Installation of an application on the mobile groups’ laptops for accessing current IT systems used by the Customs Service at border crossings c) Integration of the developed applications with the existing IT systems d) Supply and activation of SIM cards in GSM – HSDPA/UMTS/EDGE/GPRS technology e) Delivery of mobile terminals f) Installation of mobile terminals in vehicles and activation of services
- Delivery, installation, and implementation of software providing a customs clearance workstation for the proper functioning of the system, ensuring the functionality of existing systems at border crossings
- Delivery, installation, and activation of necessary devices, including servers, workstations, cabling, and LAN/WAN components required to launch the system
- Integration of the system built under this contract with the existing hardware and software infrastructure used in Customs Chambers, Branches, and Offices
- Data transmission implementation
- Training for system administrators, operators, and users on comprehensive system operations
