T4B, in consortium with Merx, carried out the renovation of hangars No. 11 and 12 at Warsaw/Modlin Airport for Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy Warszawa-Modlin Sp. z o.o.
The work was part of the project titled “Modernization of Modlin Airport to accommodate low-cost carriers.” The contract value exceeded PLN 10 million net.
Hangar No. 12 – Scope of Work:
- Sanitary installations, including air conditioning and mechanical ventilation
- Electrical installations
- Telecommunications installations.
Additionally, the scope included specialized work on technical and operational systems such as:
- Public address system
- Fire alarm system (SAP)
- Structured cabling
- Building Management System (BMS).
All systems were connected as per the contract specifications. The project was completed in April 2013.
