The history of Wrocław’s water supply system dates back to the second half of the 19th century, when the Na Grobli facility was opened. MPWiK has been operating under its current name since 1952, ensuring the continuous supply of high-quality water and reliable sewage services to the residents of Wrocław. On July 12, 2011, MPWiK Sp. z o.o. was transformed into a joint-stock company owned by the Municipality of Wrocław.
