Scope of work:
• Removal of existing glass blocks in the OPT-14 S/N, OPT-14n/n distribution rooms, and transformer chamber no. 1, and construction of walls using concrete blocks
• Renovation of external facade walls
• Renovation of internal walls and ceilings in distribution rooms and transformer chambers no. 1
• Replacement of doors in transformer chamber no. 1 and distribution rooms
• Installation of new ventilation systems in distribution rooms and chambers
• Removal of grilles from gravity ventilation systems
• Replacement of ramps for transformers
• Flooring installation in the transformer chamber
• Replacement of heating installations in distribution rooms
• Removal of debris and dismantled materials
