Scope of work:
• Replacement of two transformers with 630 kVA capacity
• Modernization of the medium-voltage switchgear, including the energy metering system
• Expansion of the main low-voltage switchgear
• Connection of the cogeneration unit to the power grid, including the commissioning of the green energy metering system
• Installation of electrical systems at the Thermal Sludge Utilization Station and in sludge and biogas facilities
• Delivery and installation of low-voltage switchboards for buildings
• Installation of external power, telecommunication, and fiber-optic networks
• Expansion of external lighting systems
• Delivery and commissioning of control cabinets enabling the automatic operation of the technological process
• Development of new PLC software
• Delivery, installation, and commissioning of measuring instruments (electromagnetic and ultrasonic flow meters, radar and ultrasonic level sensors, temperature, pressure, and pH sensors, as well as methane and hydrogen sulfide detectors)
• Implementation of the SCADA visualization system, allowing for remote monitoring of the operating equipment
• Installation of CCTV monitoring system at the Thermal Sludge Utilization Station
