Expansion of the Rail Border Crossing in Kuźnica Białostocka
T4B (leader), in a consortium with MERX Sp. z o.o. and PKP Energetyka S.A., signed another contract with the Podlaskie Voivodeship Office in Białystok for additional works under the design-and-build task titled: “Adaptation of the rail border crossing in Kuźnica Białostocka to the requirements of the Schengen Agreement, Stage I – Infrastructure.”
The contract covered the additional design and installation of 55 cameras for the monitoring system in special supervision areas, including monitoring of the station area and inspection roads from the 236.287 km level crossing to the State border. The works were completed in January 2011.
