Five-star Marriott Renaissance Hotel
T4B Sp. z o.o., under a contract with Alpinie Construction Polska Spółka z o.o., carried out comprehensive works related to teletechnical installations at the Marriott Renaissance Hotel in Warsaw.
Scope of work:
The hotel building is a five-star facility with conference facilities. The facility has 8 storeys, approximately 220 hotel rooms. It is built on an existing multi-storey car park in the immediate vicinity of the existing Terminal 2 of the Okęcie airport.
As part of the contract, T4B carried out the following teletechnical installations and systems:
- Fire alarm system
- Voice alarm system
- Fire installations management and visualisation system
- Structured cabling system
- Video surveillance
- Access control system with intrusion and hold-up alarm functions
- Hotel room lock system
- Intercom installations
- Call system for people with disabilities
- CATV cable television
- Audio-visual systems, including the airport departure information system (FIDS).
