Modernisation of Modlin Airport
T4B, in consortium with Merx, commissioned by Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy Warszawa-Modlin Sp. z o.o., carried out the refurbishment of hangars no. 11 and 12 located at Warsaw/Modlin Airport.
Scope of work:
The works were carried out as part of the project entitled “Modernisation of Modlin Airport in order to adapt it to serve low-cost carriers.” The consortium contract value exceeded PLN 10,000,000 net.
Hangar no. 12 – the scope of works specified in the contract included:
- sanitary installations including air conditioning and mechanical ventilation,
- electrical installations,
- telecommunications installations.
and specialist works concerning technical and operational systems:
- public address system,
- fire alarm system (SAP),
- structured cabling,
- BMS system (automatic building control).
Connections were made to all the above systems.
The contract was completed in April 2013.
