ARTR System at the Customs Chamber in Szczecin
T4B, in consortium with Biatel BIT, commissioned by the Customs Chamber in Szczecin, executed and installed the Automatic Number Plate Recognition system.
ARTR System
This system automatically reads and recognises the registration numbers of all vehicles and the codes of containers moving along supervised roads and records them together with photos.
The task of this system is to support the work of the customs administration by detecting cars and containers that the customs administration or other state services have previously marked as restricted or wanted and issuing a warning message.
The project involved delivering and installing the System at the places of use, commissioning it and conducting training in the operation of the system. After the order was completed, T4B will provide advisory and technical assistance to the employees of the Customs Chamber in Szczecin.
The works were completed at the end of 2011.
