Under the contract, the consortium performed:

• development and delivery of design documentation,

• delivery, installation and implementation of user applications constituting dedicated software produced by the Contractor for the purposes of this project,

• expansion of the installation and configuration of hardware and software elements of the technical infrastructure of the existing communications system, including:

  • delivery of mobile communications devices for mobile groups,

  • development and installation on the laptops of mobile groups of an application providing access to IT systems currently used by the Customs Service at border crossings,

  • integration of the applications created under this contract with the IT systems currently in use,

  • delivery and activation of SIM cards in GSM – HSDPA/UMTS/EDGE/GPRS technology,

  • delivery of mobile terminals,

  • installation of mobile terminals in vehicles and commissioning of services.

• delivery, installation and implementation of software constituting a software platform including a customs clearance workstation for the proper functioning of the system, while preserving the functionality of the systems previously existing at border crossings,

• delivery, installation and commissioning of necessary devices, including servers, workstations, cabling, and LAN/WAN elements necessary to launch the system covered by the contract,

• integration of the system built under the contract with elements of the existing hardware–software infrastructure previously used in Customs Chambers, Branches and Offices,

• provision of data transmission,

• training of administrators, operators and users of the system in comprehensive operation of the system.
