The Contracting Authority “12th Airfield Regional Unit in Warsaw” commissioned T4B to develop and execute construction works. Our company undertook the construction of a water supply and sewage network with required connections and a district heating network with necessary heat exchanger stations in the military complex 8602 in Legionowo.
The 12th Airfield Regional Unit in Warsaw began operations in 1951. The Unit is an organisational entity directly subordinate to the Head of the Armed Forces Support Inspectorate in Bydgoszcz.

The main objective of the 12th ARU is the implementation of tasks related to the management of airport buildings in terms of investments, renovations and environmental protection. The organisation plans and coordinates projects related to the preparation of military infrastructure.

• making corrections to the route of the network within the complex to remove conflicts with the planned infrastructure,
• construction of a new high-parameter pre-insulated heating network together with connection to the municipal district heating network,
• installation of a compact heat exchanger station in building no. 7,
• construction of heating network connections to buildings intended for temporary use and tees with shut-off fittings for the future connection of planned buildings,
• construction of a new sanitary sewage network,
• construction of a sanitary sewage pumping station with a power connection,
• construction of sanitary sewage network connections to buildings that will be used,
• construction of a new stormwater drainage network,
• construction of infiltration tanks for stormwater seepage into the ground,
• construction of a stormwater pumping station with a power connection and a separator of petroleum substances with a solids settler,
• construction of a new water supply network together with necessary fittings, and a water supply network meeting all regulations for fire-fighting purposes,
• construction of water supply connections to buildings that will be used,
• execution of necessary demolitions and removal of conflicts with the existing infrastructure planned for further use.
