Two contracts – one integrated system
T4B signed two agreements with the Customs Chamber in Przemyśl to strengthen the IT and infrastructure capacity of the CAIFS II system (Central Automatic Interface of the Functional Customs Service).
Contract I – server infrastructure replacement
The first contract covered hardware modernization—replacing and installing new servers at key border crossings and customs units, including:
Połowce (OC)
Gronowo
Grzechotki
Kuźnica (rail customs office, OC)
Siemianówka (rail customs office, OC)
Werchrata (rail customs office, OC)
Customs Chamber in Przemyśl
The new server infrastructure enabled secure data processing and increased system reliability for CAIFS II in the daily operations of the customs services.
Stage II – system expansion and SOC-P application rollout
The second agreement included the design, execution, and implementation of the CAIFS II ZSOG expansion and integration of the SOC-P subsystem (Transitional Procedures Support System) at the Road Customs Office in Kuźnica. The work covered:
Delivery, installation, and deployment of a dedicated user application,
Configuration of hardware and software components cooperating with the existing system,
Integration with central systems of the Ministry of Finance and customs chambers.
Technology that enhances security
CAIFS II plays a key role in streamlining customs clearance and border control processes, ensuring:
A high level of automation of border processes,
Efficient information exchange between border crossings and central customs administration units,
Secure data transmission and full compatibility with EU and international systems.
Thanks to dedicated software developed by T4B, the system has been fully tailored to the specifics of the customs and tax administration’s operations and the technical requirements of the Ministry of Finance (MF).
“The CAIFS II project is another example of our commitment to developing the state’s critical infrastructure. By combining technological competencies with experience in the public sector, we deliver solutions that address today’s challenges of border security, efficiency, and digitization.”
— Andrzej Oliński, Vice President of the Management Board, T4B.
