The Regional Infrastructure Board in Bydgoszcz is an organisation established to carry out tasks in the field of general military, training and special infrastructure. The Board covers the Kuyavian-Pomeranian and Łódź voivodeships. The organisation’s task is to manage real estate under the permanent control of the Minister of National Defence and to carry out tasks related to the operation, investments and renovations of all technical infrastructure. It also coordinates projects related to the preparation of military infrastructure in the event of mobilisation for the defence of the State.

The subject of the contract is the construction of a new perimeter road, the construction of roads and hardened areas made of paving blocks and openwork slabs, land development of the perimeter road and the construction of an internal fence made of prefabricated concrete. The task also includes the reconstruction of a premises and its division into a server room and other rooms. In addition, as part of the task, the consortium will execute installations of internal power lines, lighting installation, sockets, UPS and a generator set. Additionally, the scope of works includes the execution of an intrusion and hold-up alarm system on the perimeter road of the complex, an industrial television system, an access control system and a video intercom system.
