The subject of the tender, which T4B carried out for ENERGA-OPERATOR S.A., was the design and execution of dedicated viewing workstations and the purchase and installation on them of an integrating platform enabling, in the Central and Regional Power Dispatch Centres, the viewing and control of signals from technical security systems installed at the Main Supply Points, including CCTV, intrusion alarm, fire alarm and access control systems in the Central and Branch Alarm Monitoring Stations.

The primary function of the system is the possibility of viewing and control (as required by the dispatcher in CDM/RDM) of industrial television systems, fire alarm systems, access control and intrusion alarm systems installed in newly built or modernised Main Supply Points from the level of dedicated viewing workstations in the Central and Regional Power Dispatch Centres.

The viewing workstations to be built are to provide the possibility of:

• visual checking via the CCTV system what is happening on the GPZ premises,
• quick checking of the causes of failures at the GPZ (e.g. fire, icing, burglary) and taking remedial actions aimed at removing the failure as quickly as possible,
• visual verification of the correct operation of actuating devices at the GPZ,
• visual verification of the correctness of the actions of employees performing works at the GPZ,
• visual verification of the correctness of the execution of orders issued by the Dispatcher,
• allowing entry to the facility, in emergency situations, of persons not having cards/keys to the facility.

We carried out works at 24 facilities throughout Poland.
