T4B carried out a contract for Premium Mobile S.A., the subject of which was the implementation and maintenance of the MVNE (Mobile Virtual Network Enebler) system for the provision of services by an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) service provider.

Premium Mobile was established at the end of 2013 as a company offering mobile devices: smartphones, tablets, gadgets and accessories. As the first in the industry in Poland, they combined the comfort of online shopping with an attractive form of product presentation in a showroom.

The Contracting Authority intends to provide telecommunications services in its own name and on its own account as a service provider, based on cooperation with the telecommunications operator Polkomtel, for which an MVNE System is necessary to create a virtual mobile network, ensure its proper functioning and operation, possessing specific properties and functionalities, including those allowing, among other things, the execution of business processes and auxiliary functions necessary to provide MVNO Postpaid Services.

For the needs of the Contracting Authority, a comprehensive data processing environment, including personal data, was created to ensure data security and the efficient, correct and safe operation of the MVNE System.
