Thermal Sludge Utilization Station in Ciechanów
Construction of the Thermal Sludge Utilization Station together with heat management and modernisation of accompanying facilities at the wastewater treatment plant in Ciechanów.
Contracting Authority: IDS – BUD SA
Scope of work:
- replacement of two 630 kVA transformers,
- modernization of the medium-voltage switchgear together with the electricity billing system,
- expansion of the main low-voltage switchgear,
- connection of the cogeneration unit to the power grid together with commissioning of the billing system for the produced green energy,
- execution of electrical installations in the STUOŚ and in facilities related to sludge and biogas management,
- delivery and installation of low-voltage facility switchboards,
- execution of external power, teletechnical and fibre-optic networks,
- expansion of external lighting installation,
- delivery and commissioning of control cabinets enabling automatic operation of the technological process,
- development of new PLC controller software,
- delivery, installation and commissioning of measuring instrumentation (electromagnetic and ultrasonic flowmeters, radar and ultrasonic level sensors, temperature, pressure, pH sensors, and methane and hydrogen sulphide detectors),
- execution of a SCADA visualisation system enabling remote control of operating devices,
- execution of STUOŚ CCTV video monitoring.
