Delegation of the Government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo Visits T4B

T4B welcomed a delegation from the Government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, led by Deputy Minister of the Interior, Security and Decentralization, Ms. Eugénie Tshiela Kamba. The meeting was also attended by the Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of the Congo to Poland, H.E. Clémentine Shakembo Kamanga. The visit provided an opportunity to showcase T4B's proprietary technologies in border security, digitalization of border crossings, and protection of strategic infrastructure.

Over 20 Years of Experience in Security Technologies

During the meeting, T4B representatives presented the company's expertise gained over more than 20 years of implementing advanced technology projects, including systems supporting the security of Poland's, the European Union's, and NATO's borders.

Particular attention was given to solutions enabling comprehensive border traffic management, automated identification of vehicles and individuals, document verification, and integration of data from various security systems.

Among the technologies presented was Digital Border, a digital border crossing management system developed by T4B, drawing on the company's experience in implementing projects covering 74 border control points in Poland.

The discussions also explored the potential applications of modern modular infrastructure, biometric systems, and solutions for monitoring and protecting extensive strategic areas.

Comprehensive Solutions Tailored to the Needs of Individual Countries

One of the key topics discussed was the potential application of T4B technologies in modernizing the border infrastructure of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

The solutions presented encompass both the digitalization of existing border crossings and the establishment of new border control points in locations lacking extensive technical infrastructure.

The presentation included the World Digital Border Innovation HUB concept – a modular, container-based border crossing facility integrating technologies for identification, screening of individuals and vehicles, and data management.

Such infrastructure can be complemented by autonomous systems for monitoring large areas, utilizing advanced sensors, video surveillance systems, communications technologies, and analytical tools. An integrated operations center enables real-time information analysis, identification of potential threats, and operational support for the relevant security services.

An essential part of T4B's approach is also knowledge transfer and the development of local technical expertise, enabling national teams to operate, maintain, and further develop the implemented infrastructure.

Expanding Cooperation with African Partners

The visit of the delegation from the Democratic Republic of the Congo reflects T4B's ongoing international expansion, particularly in African markets.

The company builds on its experience gained through projects implemented in Poland and across Europe to develop solutions that meet the needs of countries seeking modern, scalable security systems.

Discussions with representatives of the DRC Government provided an opportunity to exchange experience, present T4B's technological capabilities, and explore potential areas for future cooperation.

At T4B, we believe that effective security systems require not only advanced technologies but also a comprehensive approach to their integration, the development of local expertise, and long-term support.

We would like to thank Deputy Minister Eugénie Tshiela Kamba, Ambassador Clémentine Shakembo Kamanga, and all members of the delegation for their visit, constructive discussions, and interest in T4B's solutions. We hope this meeting will mark another step toward strengthening technological cooperation between Poland and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
