On September 23, 2026, Śrem hosted the European premiere of the Comprehensive Digital Waste Management System. The centerpiece of this investment, implemented by the Municipality of Śrem in cooperation with T-Master SA, is Poland’s first ePSZOK247 – a fully automated, unmanned Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, accessible to residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
This is one of the most innovative developments in waste management digitalization in recent years, demonstrating how modern infrastructure, automation, and intelligent data management can create a fully integrated ecosystem of municipal services.
The First ePSZOK247 of Its Kind – A New Standard in Resident Services
Traditional Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points typically operate during fixed hours and require on-site staff. ePSZOK247 transforms this model by allowing residents to dispose of their waste independently at any time.
The entire process is automated. Residents identify themselves using a card, select the type of waste they wish to dispose of, and are guided by the system to the appropriate collection station. The waste is weighed, recorded, and assigned to the individual user.
At the same time, local authorities gain access to detailed data on the types and quantities of waste collected, as well as how the facility is used.
The solution combines greater convenience for residents with more efficient facility management, reduced staffing costs, and increased transparency throughout the entire process.
A Comprehensive System, Not Just a Standalone Device
The investment in Śrem goes far beyond the launch of a modern waste collection facility. It represents a comprehensive approach to waste management digitalization, in which individual technologies complement and reinforce one another.
The premiere also featured the Individual Waste Segregation System (SISO), which enables waste to be traced back to individual households, monitors the quality of waste segregation, and supports educational initiatives.
Event participants also had the opportunity to explore other proprietary T-Master solutions, including mPSZOK mobile waste collection points and intelligent Drop&Go Waste House and Drop&Go devices.
What connects these technologies is the use of data to improve waste management efficiency – from the moment waste is generated by residents, through selective collection, to recording and analysis.
An International Premiere and a Discussion on the Future of Waste Management
The event brought together representatives of local governments, the waste management industry, technology experts, and international guests.
Following the official opening of ePSZOK247, a conference was held focusing on waste management digitalization, innovation financing, and opportunities to implement advanced technological solutions in other cities and municipalities.
A key highlight of the program was an international panel featuring representatives from Poland, Germany, Portugal, Finland, and Greece. The discussion focused on individual countries’ experiences and the challenges associated with transforming waste management systems.
The event provided a platform for knowledge exchange between local authorities, businesses, and experts, while also fostering discussions on scaling Polish technologies across European markets.
Polish Technologies with International Potential
The Śrem project demonstrates the T4B Group’s capabilities in developing comprehensive, integrated technological solutions that address the real needs of public administration.
As a member of the T4B Group, T-Master SA develops proprietary technologies that support local governments in digitalizing waste management, improving waste segregation rates, and encouraging individual responsibility among residents.
The implementation of ePSZOK247 is another example of how the Group leverages its expertise in automation, IT systems, technology integration, and data management.
The premiere in Śrem marks an important milestone not only for Poland’s waste management sector but also for the promotion of Polish innovation in international markets. It demonstrates that technologies developed in Poland have the potential to become a benchmark for other European cities.
