Modern infrastructure at the military airport in Dęblin!

We have commissioned a modern airfield MPS fuel depot for the Polish Armed Forces in Dęblin. The aim of this investment was to ensure safe and efficient fuel distribution for military aircraft. T4B and T4B Budownictwo have been delivering unique projects in Poland’s defense sector for years.

For many years, T4B and T4B Budownictwo have specialized in delivering unique projects related to Poland’s defense. One such project is the newly completed airfield MPS depot for the Polish Armed Forces in Dęblin. The investor was the 12th Military Airfield Division in Warsaw.

Safety and reliability when refueling aircraft

In Dęblin, we carried out a range of works related to the construction and modernization of the fuel infrastructure, which also required demolition and remediation tasks. Key activities included the construction of a state-of-the-art aviation fuel pumping station. Thanks to our work, modern underground fuel storage tanks and distribution points were built—essential to maintaining a smooth fuel supply chain at the airfield. As part of the project, we also delivered a modern fuel-technology system for the airfield MPS depot, enabling fast and safe refueling of both military aircraft and other vehicles operating at the airfield.

“This investment was aimed at ensuring safe and efficient fuel distribution, which is crucial for military aviation—especially given today’s geopolitical situation,” explains Marcin Szczepaniak, CEO of T4B Budownictwo.

To complete the above works, extensive demolition was necessary, including the removal of road-and-rail infrastructure, warehouse and laboratory buildings, and old fuel installations with the existing pumping station. These activities were essential to prepare the site for the new investment and to ensure safe operations at the airfield. In addition, remediation works were carried out to eliminate potential environmental risks associated with the site’s previous use. Thanks to these measures, we ensured that the new infrastructure complies with environmental requirements and guarantees safety for both users and the surroundings.

“One of the key elements of the project was the delivery and installation of modern fuel-technology systems, including fuel-level monitoring, automatic devices for measuring and distributing fuel, and advanced management systems enabling precise control of the entire fuel-delivery process. These solutions increase safety, ensure efficiency, and guarantee the reliability of the airfield’s fuel infrastructure,” explains Adam Ciesielski, Site Manager at T4B Budownictwo.
